He founded XANA VC Foundry to bridge his deep technology evaluation capability with Africa's early-stage funding gap, bringing a technically rigorous, systems-oriented approach to deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio support that is uncommon among fund managers on the continent.
Eberechukwu Ojadua

Eberechukwu Ojadua is a social entrepreneur, child development professional, and operations leader with over a decade of experience. She is the founder of Fostering Geniuses, an educational platform focused on early childhood development, and the Egunec Education Support Foundation, a non-profit providing sustainable education, empowerment, and community development for vulnerable populations across Africa. An alumna of the U.S. Department of State's Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), University of East London (BA, Economics), and Brunel University of London (MSc, International Money, Finance & Investment), she brings program management discipline, operational expertise, and community-building experience to XANA VC's portfolio support and accelerator operations.

Umar AbdulHaffiz is a data analyst and business process automation specialist with deep expertise in data infrastructure engineering. He brings experience in building analytics pipelines, survey systems, and automation frameworks for organizations operating in pharmaceutical distribution and health systems. His data-driven approach to evaluation, monitoring, and operational intelligence directly supports XANA VC's structured deal evaluation framework and portfolio company performance tracking.
Anita Sodladla
Head of Ecosystem Development & Deal Origination
Anita Sodladla is an entrepreneurship leader and ecosystem builder. She serves as Chairperson of The Entrepreneurial Bridge and Director at Intervention Africa, driving systems that unlock entrepreneurial potential across the continent. She is also the founder of Liteta Ikanyo (The Patio Restaurant), a township enterprise combining hospitality with community impact. Trained at GIBS and The Africa Management Institute, and affiliated with the Nelson Mandela University Africa Hub and Raizcorp Thrive Programme, she brings practical experience in mentoring early-stage founders, structuring emerging businesses, and building cross-border ecosystem partnerships across Southern and East Africa. At XANA VC, she leads on-the-ground deal sourcing, managing relationships with incubators and founder networks to build the fund's proprietary pipeline across the African corridor.

Dr. Bamgboye Adeniyi Emmanuel is the Managing Partner of Empyrean Professional Services, Lagos. A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), he holds a Doctor of Business Administration and brings over a decade of professional experience spanning audit, tax advisory, business consulting, and financial structuring. He has worked across banking, health insurance, fintech, energy, and trade sectors in Nigeria. He also runs a manufacturing enterprise. As Financial Consultant to XANA VC, he oversees fund accounting, waterfall modelling, financial projections, and LP reporting structure.

Barrister Cynthia Nwankpu is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria with deep experience across corporate and commercial law, regulatory frameworks, compliance, and technology-related matters, encompassing fund structuring, corporate governance, contract documentation, and cross-border transaction support. As Legal Adviser to Xana VC, she provides counsel on the fund's legal architecture, LP agreements, portfolio company investment documentation, and regulatory compliance across multiple African jurisdictions.
